Here at QPS Ltd we are very aware of the environmental impact of this industry.

Significant volumes of production waste, expired exhibition graphics and displays and dismantled signage go to landfill every week. The majority of which will never bio-degrade.

As one of the leading suppliers of solvent cartridges in the UK we acknowledge our roll in generating a proportion of this waste and our responsibilities in trying to minimise this as far as possible.

To this end, QPS has set up a cartridge recycling scheme to recover as many empty Nazdar cartridges as possible. These will be dismantled and as many of the individual components that can be salvaged, will be sent for re-processing.  Our aim is to reduce the volume of Nazdar cartridge waste ending up as landfill by around 70-80%.

It is our intention that this scheme will not cost the customer a penny. All we ask is that the empty cartridges are boxed and stored and we will arrange collection. In order to avoid additional vehicle emissions, collections will be made when vehicles are in the locality delivering or on scheduled service visits.

We are all aware that many ultimate customers, agencies, blue chips etc.  are demanding that the graphics and signage industry demonstrate increasing environmental awareness. As such, in addition to collecting and separating your Nazdar cartridge waste, we will provide you with certification that you are disposing of the cartridge waste in an environmentally responsible manner.

This scheme will also assist all Nazdar customers that are striving for certification under the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 quality systems.

LWS2000, LWS740 and LWS213 series ink and flush cartridges

We are working closely with suppliers to identify other Nazdar products that can be included in this recycling scheme in order to further reduce the environmental impact of Nazdar products purchased directly from QPS Ltd or one of our approved reseller.
