Printing direct to substrate is one of the fastest growing areas of the inkjet industry. Nazdar offer a wide range of UV curing solutions, offering market leading performance, adhesion and flexibility.

| Nazdar Lyson 7450 Series Digital UV Curing Ink |

Nazdar Lyson 7450 Series Digital Imaging Inks are designed for use in the Inca Eagle, Columbia Turbo & Spyder. Primary uses of this product are for POP displays, durable graphics and billboard banners where flexibility is of primary importance. Typical substrates are vinyl banner, pressure sensitive vinyl, styrene, polycarbonate, coroplast and foamboard.
Primary ink features are:
- Formulated for use in flexible applications
- Excellent resistance to edge chipping on styrene, foamboard and fluted polypropylene materials when used with a knife or router cutter
- Long term exterior performance with proven resistance to the effects of UV degradation and colour fade
- High impact, high intensity colours with extended colour gamut
- Consistent colour density values
- Adhesion on a variety of flexible and rigid substrates
SUBSTRATES: Reinforced vinyl banner and pressure sensitive vinyl. Styrene, fluted polypropylene, Foamboard and Polycarbonate.
Adhesion should always be tested as adhesion does depend upon curing conditions, age and manufacturer of substrate. Adhesion may be improved when the substrate is cleaned with a suitable solvent such as isopropanol.

Lyson 7420 Series Digital Imaging Inks are designed for use in the HP, Nur Tempo I, II & Q, Expedio 3200 & 5000, Durst Rho 160, 205 & 600, and Gandi Innovations 1224 & 3150 Digital Printers. Primary uses of this product are for POP displays, durable graphics and billboard banners where flexibility is of primary importance. Typical substrates are PVC, styrene, PETG, Acrylic, glass, ABS, coated Polyesters and polycarbonate.

- Formulated for superior adhesion, die and routing chip resistance
- Formulated for vacuum and bend forming on suitable substrates up to 350%
