Liquid Lamination
Liquid laminating offers a cost effective and flexible alternative to film lamination. Offering protection to images produced on the widest range of substrates, from PVC Banner, pressure sensitive vinyls, canvas and fine art papers.
There are times when film lamination is either not suitable or practicable; in these cases liquid lamination provides the solution.
Truck Curtains, printed with either solvent or UV curing systems, need protecting against roadside obstacles such as hedges and tree branches. Also truck wash brush systems will significantly shorten the life of a curtain unless protected.
Not only will liquid lamination provide physical protection of the image, the correct fluid will also help reduce UV degradation.

Liquid Laminating Machines
Whilst odd jobs can be successfully coated by hand, for higher volumes or truck sides a far better finish is achieved with the use of specialised liquid laminating equipment.
